What do we dream?

We are a Foundation/Organization and our first target of help is the children. We exist to be a voice in the midst of chaos, defending their rights and protecting them from being exploited. We are ready to be the Hands of God on earth bringing compassion and love to each one of these little ones.

Vision

To be a leading organization in the production, design and implementation of prevention and care programs for child and adolescent victims of commercial sexual exploitation. Likewise, to be a reference for the articulation of national and international, public and private initiatives for the development of plans aimed at the elimination of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

• To meet individuals harmed by trafficking and sexual exploitation to defend their rights based on a foundation of love and compassion.

• Collaboration and partnership with national and international Organizations and Entities that have a passion to help this group of people.

• Lead changes and support policies that have an impact on the eradication of sex trafficking in Colombia and the world.

Operational structure

The Foundation has a flexible structure which allows its staff to interact in a hybrid way (remote and face-to-face) facilitating the work. Staff can occasionally meet in person for conferences, training, retreats and fundraising events.

Our purpose

Our fundamental purpose is to contribute to the eradication of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Colombia.

Our history

25 years ago, Pastors Miguel & Maria Paula Arrazola after completing their theological studies at Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Ok, returned to the city of Cartagena where they founded the Rios de Vida Global Church. During all this time the Ministry has become an obligatory reference because it has dedicated its efforts not only in the formation of leaders and people with purpose, but has become the voice of those who have no way to express themselves fighting to eradicate poverty, pornography, human trafficking, and sexual, physical and psychological abuse within the most vulnerable population, reaching populations and places that many have rejected.

Undertake robust/solid recovery for all survivors emerging from situations of trafficking and/or sexual exploitation.

To instill in each of them values and principles that affirm them as human beings and allow them to be an integral part of the construction of a more just and balanced society in the future.

Participate in outreach activities to help rescue those in need of support and provide them with resources and care.

Establish connections and work with different agencies and organizations that work in the recovery of survivors of trafficking or sexual exploitation.
